How to read what appears

• UNSTAGED → modified files not yet staged.
• UNTRACKED → new files not yet tracked by Git.

In your case:

• admin/profile_llm_create.php and admin/update.php → modified.
• README.md → new, untracked.

Shortcuts

• S → stage all
• c → commit
• p → push
